Policies

Check In & Check Out:

Check in is between 14H00 - 19H00 on your day of arrival. Kindly ensure if a late arrival is necessary (after 7pm) that you advise ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate this special request. Check out is by 10H00 latest. 

Pet Policy:

No pets allowed. 

Children Policy:

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Deposit Policy:

An upfront 50% non-refundable deposit of your total reservation cost is required to reserve your stay. The balance is due 14 days before arrival (low and high season) and 21 days before arrival (peak season). Should your arrival date be in less than 14 days when booking, a 100% upfront non-refundable payment will be required. 

Cancellation Policy:

• 14 + days: 75% cancellation fee applies

• 14-07 days prior to arrival: 80% cancellation fee applies

• 7 days or less / no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies

Stonehaven River Lodge reserves the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/or staff. In such instances, no refunds will be honoured.
